What do I get when I buy?
Each day you choose a plan, you receive that day’s prediction by email: one match for VIP Single, two matches for VIP Double. Predictions are prepared by our editorial team from team form, statistics and other match data.
How do I buy and when do I receive it?
Pay online on the Price & Payment page, by PayPal or by card (processed by Stripe). We send the prediction to the email address you used for the payment, usually within an hour during our working hours, so please make sure it is correct and that you can access it. If you pay outside these hours, you will receive the prediction when we are back online. If the matches of that day have already started, you will receive the prediction for the next day on which we have one, at no extra cost.
Can I receive the prediction at a different email address?
Yes. Tell us the additional address when you contact us, and we will send the prediction there as well. For security and to avoid disputes, the prediction is always sent to the email address used for the payment too.
I have not received my prediction. What should I do?
Check your inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it once, if the matches have not started.
Is there an account, app or members area?
No. Everything is delivered by email.
Is there a subscription?
Our standard service is paid per day. If you prefer, you can request a fixed-period plan (for example one week or one month) by contacting us at [email protected]. The price and the period are agreed in advance and paid once. Nothing renews automatically.
What if there is no prediction on the day I paid for?
You will receive the prediction for the next day on which we have one, at no extra cost.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before the prediction has been delivered: email [email protected]. Once the prediction has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Do you guarantee results or profit?
No. Football results are uncertain and no one can guarantee them. Past results shown on this site are examples and do not predict future results.
Are you a bookmaker?
No. We do not accept bets or operate gambling. We provide information only.
